    LEAD TEACHER - FULL/PART-TIME OPENINGS

    • Participate in all aspects of a school's program and work closely with Assistant Teachers to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
    • Model and support consistent expectations for behavior and procedures for conflict resolution.
    • Supervise and train assistant teachers and update them on all matters concerning the classroom and curriculum. 
    • Develop weekly lesson plans with Assistant Teachers' input to nurture and stimulate students' development.
    • Use creative approaches that engage children, appeal to multiple intelligences, and acknowledge individual learning differences.
    • Communicate and collaborates regularly with parents/ guardians, in person and using a variety of media platforms. 
    • Lead parent-teacher conferences, write conference reports, and compile examples of children's work.
    • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. 

    TEACHER ASSISTANT - FULL/ PART-TIME OPENINGS

    • Supervise children from infancy to pre-k in all settings; classroom, playground, bathroom, field trips, etc. 
    • Work closely with the Lead Teachers to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. 
    • Support the academic, social-emotional growth, and development of all students in your care. 
    • Support program goals and contribute to the implementation of daily indoor and outdoor activities.
    • Develop trusting relationships with the children and their parents/guardians.
